(n,k) cyclic encoder and decoder

MATLAB function for a systematic (n,k) cyclic encoder and decoder. The encoder function first evaluates the generator matrix from the entered values of n and k. It then displays the cyclic code matrix and the code rate.The function also displays the error detection and correction capability,the minimum Hamming distance and Hamming weights.
The decoder function accepts the distorted codeword and prints the corrected codeword.
