Allows to open .gml (graph modelling language) file and store graph information in hierarchical structure.
Also it is possible to derive the Adjacency Matrix from the structure.
Since it does not really care about the actual content, it's usable for arbitrary attributes.

It works for large files as well, albeit it is ridiculously slow. Maybe it is not the best approach - I'm open for suggestions!
