Wide line detector

This method by Huang et al. will try to extract veins using a wide line detector.

This method by Huang et al. will try to extract veins using a wide line detector. A good value for the 'g' parameters seems to be half the number of pixels covered by the circular neighbourhood region.
Note that the input image must be of an unsigned integer type.
