allows interactive phase shifting a signal, according to its cross correlation.
method:
provide to vectors.
the function will provide you with the cross correlation result, and zooming. use zooming to select a region of graph and then close the figure, the resulting phase shift will then be applied to the two input vectors.
the output of the function is the phase delay applied to them.
very useful function in signal processing.
