Write Windows registry from Matlab on Windows 7

Writes the Windows registry on Windows 7 as well.

Creates a reg file and calls regedit to execute the reg file using a js script file which elevates the privileges of the command to administrator level (the user has to accept it using the User Account Control dialog) so that the registry can be modified on Windows 7 as well. (Vista not tested).
