3- DISCRETE TIME PID CONTROLLER DESIGN ACORDING TO FIRST/SECOND ORDER SYSTEM DHLIN AND DEAD BEAT CONTROLLER AS DISCRETE TIME CONTROLLER WITH DELAY=0.5 SEC.
