Overview

The Microcontroller Simulation & Code-Generation Blockset(The MSC Blockset) is a MATLAB®/Simulink® model that simulates peripheral functions integrated in microcontrollers. By combining it with user models, system behavior assuming a real system can be examined and verified at the model level. In addition, it supports C code generation, including access to microcontroller I/O registers. Since it runs on a PC, development can be performed without using an actual target board.

Setup

1. Download installer of the MSC Blockset from product page and install it.
2. Please refer to the README file in the installation folder and the User’s Manual in the MSC_Blockset folder for instructions on how to get started.

Note: The MSC Blockset includes a time-limited license file. Once the license expires, a license error will be displayed. In such a case, please re-download the MSC Blockset from the product page.

Supported devices & Functions

• RA6T2, RA6T3, RA4T1 (GPT, A/D converter)
• RL78/F22, RL78/F23, RL78/F24, RL78/F25 (TRDe, A/D converter, AAU)
• RX66T, RX26T, RX72T (GPT, A/D converter)
