A code to identify and count coherent structures in 2D turbulence

This code is designed to detect coherent structures in a 2D random flow field. The mechanism is simple, first use a finite-differential operator to generate the vorticity field, then filter away high-frequency noises, and finally identify clusters of high/low vorticity.
