Adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm

This code implements the adaptive nature of the basic PSO algorithm.

This code is developed and implemented according to the paper "Power flow control and reliability improvement through adaptive PSO based network reconfiguration, DOI: 10.1016/j.heliyon.2024.e36668". All the formulationsa are presented in the document.
