Cracker Burst Optimization (CBO) is a nature-inspired optimization algorithm that simulates the bursting of firecrackers to explore and exploit the solution space. It uses two phases: explosive initialization to generate diverse solutions and local spark refinement to fine-tune the best solutions found.
