CyAn: A Cyanobacteria Image Analysis Toolbox

Welcome to CyAn, a MATLAB toolbox for analysis of cyanobacteria images and resulting data.

Features

  • Segmentation of cyanobacteria in images
  • Segmentation of spots (chromosomes, carboxysomes) in cells
  • Data analysis tools, e.g. plotting lineage trees

Installation and Usage

To use this toolbox, download the latest release. You do not need to download this repository. For more information, please see the Getting Started guide.
