The Pufferfish Optimization Algorithm (POA) is a nature-inspired metaheuristic optimization algorithm inspired by the behavior of pufferfish. Pufferfish inflate themselves to avoid predators, and the algorithm simulates this behavior to escape from local optima during optimization
