Converts text files from unix to dos format and back. Two functions

UNIX2DOS(FILEIN,DOS2UNIX)

or

UNIX2DOS(FILEIN)

which converts one file

and

UNIX2DOSALL(DIRECTORY,EXTENSIONS)

which converts all files in a directory and its subdirectories.
