This problem should be fixed now (the url has been updated).
Due to network latency, your solution may not work every attempt, as the time required to access the webpage may vary between the test code and your solution code. Accordingly, you may need to attempt your solution a few times for it to pass. The assertions testing the function result and its runtime have been separated to enable the user to know if the solution is indeed working.
