I would like to serve my MATLAB licenses from a server currently running network license managers and vendor daemons for other products. Can this be done, and how can it be accomplished?

It is possible to run the MATLAB vendor daemon and network license manager on a machine which is currently running license managers. The only criteria for this to work is that each license manager must operate on a different port. By default, MATLAB uses port 27000 to run the license manager. If this port is not free, you will need to change the port that MATLAB uses.
To change the port that the MATLAB license server uses, see the related solution:
What ports does the Network License Manager use, and how can I set those ports?
NOTE: Only one MATLAB vendor daemon (MLM) can be run on a computer at the same time. For serving multiple licenses from a single vendor daemon, please refer to the related solution:
How do I serve multiple MathWorks licenses from the same Network License Manager?
