The Real-Time Windows Target 2.2 (R13) only supports the professional or higher versions of the Microsoft compilers. This applies to Microsoft Visual C/C++ .NET.

This is because the standard version of the Microsoft compiler does not have the code optimization that is necessary for generating real-time code.
