I would like to known how I can integrate the Eclipse IDE with Real-Time Workshop's build environment.

A tutorial describing the install procedure was added in Real-Time Workshop® Embedded Coder 5.0 (R2007b). You can access this tutorial by executing the following in the MATLAB Prompt:
rtwdemos
Navigate to the "Guided Introductions" section and look at the "Integrating the Generated Code into the External Environment" tutorial.
