No image from FLIR A320G in imaqtool (R2011a)

Hello
I've tried and partially succeeded to setup a connection between a FLIR A320G (GigE-compliant infrared camera) and the Image Acquisition toolbox 4.1 (R2011a). After a while I was able to select the camera in the imaqtool and to change the different settings, but I've encountered 2 problems that I can't solve (even after reading the faq and the help-documentation).
1 - When I press "Start Preview", I get a black image window, no infrared image. I've waited long enough, until the detector was warmed up and I didn't install any vendor specific drivers.
2 - When I'm trying to make an acquisition (and my preview window is still a black window) then it's taking like forever to capture and store one frame image. Which means even if I wait 5 minutes or more I still get that circling Windows-icon that indicates that you've to wait while command is in execution. Even for one frame.
OS = Win7 x64.
Does somebody has an idea how I can solve those 2 problems or maybe a workaround?

Sorry, no answer, but I'm having exactly the same problems with Win7 x64, R2011a, and a DALSA Genie HM1400 XDR.

I don't know the details, but there is a bug in image acquisition from GigE devices. See this Question

I am having the same kind of prob as above mentioned. I am using 2011a matlab version with windows7 x64 machine.
imaqtool is reading my Jai's CB-040-GE GigE vision color camera but its not showing image when I use preview and its not even acquiring even a single frame. I have also installed the software provided with the camera and its running fantastic with this software. But i want to use the camera with imaqtool. I really need to fix this problem urgently. If anybody has any kind of idea how to fix it please tell me asap as i have to meet my deadline.
when i use imaqhwinfo its showing my gige camera and with imaqsupport its generating imaqsupport.txt file as well.
Is there any kind of setting or setup i have to do to fix it out? Or there is any other problem. Please help me out.

Check that all your network firewalls are disabled. It solved my problem.
