The Logic/Calculation in Speed Measurement Block from Motor Control Blockset(MCB) Library is not understandable. I have attached speed measurement logic, the gain values(SpeedToCount and SpeedGain) mentioned in the logic is not clear. Please provide the clear explanation about the speed measurement logic.

Refer to the "mask callback function" of the "Speed Measurement" block to understand the implementation. Use "ctrl+M" command to open the mask editor for the block where callback functions can be found.
