Retrieve the complete data with container.map

I used containers.Map to key the values. Both keys and values are arrays of length 1677. But when I used container.map it is pruning my result to a length of 1634. Can the issue be resolved to get back the entire data?

I cannot reproduce your problem with R2013a (64bit) on Win7. Maybe, you could provide an example in code.
