How can I train encoder and decoder network as one network?

I have an encoder network for images and also decoder network. The input of the encoder is an original image and output is encrypted image which is forward to the decoder network to output the original imge.

The original and encrypted images are fed to the network during training.

My question, How to train the encoder and decoder as a one newrok, then use each network for encoder and decoder purpose?
