How Add Noise to Refrence Image?

i want to add noise to image.

5 noise:

 Jpeg2K, Jpeg ,white noise ,guassian blur ,fast fading

please guide me special fast fading!!!

Hi. To add guassion blur you can use ready package named imfilter and choose the type of noise as guassion.
