MATLAB hardware interface issue

I have tried to setup my Pixhawk 2.1 Cubepilot hardware for the 'UAV Toolbox support package for PX4 autopilot' add-on in MATLAB for a hardware-based research project. But i have getting the message below and the upload progress haltys after it. Can you please help me with the problem? It would be of great help if I could get a third person perspective of this problem.

You are facing a common issue with Bootloader COM Port and Communication COM port being different for some Pixhawk 2.1 boards. Please reach out to MathWorks Technical Support so that we can assist you further
