I have trouble with geotiffwrite...

Hi. i wrote a loop and used geotiffread. its ref is 1*1 but when i want use geotiffwrite, show me a error than ref should be 3 by 2. in below i copied the error.
Function GEOTIFFWRITE expected input number 3, R, to be either a 3-by-2 referencing matrix or a scalar map raster reference object. Instead its type was:
map.rasterref.GeographicCellsReference.
please help me.tnks.
