Error downloading program to Launchpad F28379D - Fatal Error . Message:The primary document entity could not be opened.

Hello,
I'm with a problem loading my Simulink program to a LaunchPad F28379D. Before this problem, I've already tested two examples that worked: blink LED and 'ADC-PWM Synchronization via ADC Interrupt'. After those tests, I've tried to build, load and run my project, a PID control of a PWM. and the same error started to appear( the error message is below). I've tried to open the projecct at CCS and run it directly from there, but, and there was no error, but the program that was running before on the MCU (ADC-PWM Synchronization via ADC Interrupt) ended, and the PWM's signal at the output stopped. Since then, no new program can be loaded to the hardware. I've tried the blinkLED and the 'ADC-PWM Synchronization via ADC Interrupt', and the same error keeps emerging. The configuration used and the error can be seen below.
