SPM12 - Failed: Model estimation - a file that exists where SPM looks for it, is not found

When running a model estimation (Specify 2nd-level) SPM12 looks for an individual image file (con_0004_TOM001.img) - which is where SPM is looking for it - and it isn't found. So, the model estimation falls over. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, so please excuse the image of the whole command window and error messages - I figure, the more information I can give, the easier it will be for someone to know how to answer ... please ...
