how can I buy license Matlab and Simulink From Viet Nam?

I want to buy Matlab Licence for MATLAB and Simulink Student Suite 2020b, I find on home page but Mathwork does not mention about Version. How I can choose the verson I want. And I don't have visa card ..., Can you show me the way to pay for Matlab from Viet Nam.

You cannot choose the version for Student licenses; you can only purchase the latest version.

I don't know that ANY email with .edu (.edu.vn in Vietnam) can purchase Student licenses or some University which contact with Mathwoks can buy that. Thanks for your answer.
