I have a model that used to run without any problems, but since i copied it to another place, SImscape seems to have a problem with it.
Ther are two variables that are adjustet by linking knobs to constant blocks.
Two other blocks, that include these variables, know produce this error, in wich Simscape seems to be searching for the fitting equation. But since the reference is to the standart installation folder, I can't help myself but wonder, what the rproblem might be.

It's complaining about unable to solve for initial conditions. There may be conflicting or inconsistent initial variable values set in some blocks without you realizing that. It looks like you are working with Gas domain, so one thing to look out for is avoid pushing a large flow rate at time 0. Other blocks in your system, pipes, volumes, etc., may not have the I.C. set up to be ready to push the specified flow rate at your source. Sometimes ramping up the flow rate from zero to target value helps.
If you could share the model, I can take a look.

Hi Jens,
I suggest that you submit a new question with updated tags and product categories, so the right audience and experts can see it. This is outside my scope of knowledge and skills. I got instant headache when I see inverters and transformer :p
Happy Modeling.
