Using the Monte Carlo to compare estimates doppler centroid under different SNRs

I need assistance using the Monte Carlo method to compare the estimates of two different doppler centroid methods at various SNRs.

I have SNR and doppler centroid output matrices for two techniques. Now, to achieve divergence and investigate the behavior of both methods within the range of SNR. I've attached a plot from a paper I read. I aspire to achieve such a result.
