Adding Stars

Hi,

Is it possible to add a star superscript next to a number. Example A=0.06. is it possible to say if A<0.06 add a * to A to make it A=0.06*?

Yes but the number will be converted to a string:

A = rand(1);
if A < 0.06
   As = sprintf('%.3f*',A);
end
