I need to simulate active vibration cancellation using Adaptive control, LMS

I model piezoelectric actuator which actuated in different voltage frequency. My point is to control noise vibration using this piezoelectric stack instead of spring-damper system.

So, In this system i need to adapt to different noise vibration using LMS algorithm, but i faced a bit difficulty.

I appreciate your comments and help.
