Matrix operation in quiver plots

My matrices are,

new_lon1 = 1440X1

lat1 = 721X1

U = 1X 721 X 1440

V = 1X 721 X 1440

I tried the making quiver plot by this command:

quiver(new_lon1,lat1,U,V,1,'color','black');

Showing error

[VBBV]

What is the error?
