if i buy MATLAB home license in Korea, then can i use it in other country??

i'm curious about if i can use MATLAB home license which i bought in Korea in Europe or other country.

My understanding is that you would like to use license bought in one country to be used in other country. You might need permission from MathWorks to use a license in a different Geo/region as it varies from commercial license (for your own use) vs working for a company.
