How to implement coupled coils in matlab?

I have an circuit to be implemented in matlab. Its connection is such that a dc supply is connected to an capacitor through an coupled coil. one winding of the coil1s are shorted and connected to dc supply. The other end of coil2 is connected to capacitor through a diode. The other end of coil1 is connected capacitor through an igbt switch operating at 10Khz switching frequency. Plz tell me how to use simulink tools to implement this circuit.
