How to pad ones at end of the image?

Hi I want to pad ones at end of image.Help me please....

Do you want to insert a black or white frame outside of the image?

There is literally a function called padarray.. It does a pretty nice job. http://www.mathworks.com/help/images/ref/padarray.html It's even in the image processing toolbox!
