Getting error while generating hdl code

I am getting an error while generatind hdl code. It says "Method 'pruneUnnecessaryNoHDLBlocks' is not defined for class 'slhdlcoder.SimulinkFrontEnd' or is removed from MATLAB's search path". I don't know why I am getting this. There are not much help on the internet. Please give me a solution.

What version of MATLAB and HDL Coder are you currently using?

Can you share output of 'ver' command? I wonder if you have an bad installation issue.

Do you have test points in the model that you are generating HDL Code from?

Thanks for responding. I used to have MATLAB 2020a. Now I have installed MATLAB 2021a and removed the previous one
