How to split a range of numbers with uniform intervals between the values

Hello.

I would like to know the code associated with splitting a range of numbers with uniform intervals between the values. For instance, my range is 0.1s - 1.5s. I need to consider 10 values of time witin this range while considering uniform intervals between these 10 values.
