Decoding DCI/UCI from LTE Signal using IQ Capture Data

Hi,
I am looking forward to decode DCI and UCI messages for LTE signal from the captured IQ data of OFDM signal.
Learn the example in the link below uses IQ capture. Do you happen to have more information what is the format of IQ data in the eNodeBOutput.mat file?

I am having the captured IQ data of OFDM modulated signal for downlink in HEX format below.
