How to compare ECG signals in matlab?

could anyone tell me with which function or any other ways is it possible to compare two ECG signals. I mean compare one signal with normal ECG signal and see whether they're the same or the compared signal is not normal and there is a problem.

I'm not familiar to matlab and I have to do this work. so plz help guys...

You could plot them and do a visual inspection. Are you trying to do something more automated? Do you need to do any pre or post processing of the signals? Please be more specific to what you need.

I think you need to classify the signal. you need to use some algorithm to extract its features and then compare with another signal. For example you can compute lyapunov exponent value of ecg signal and compare
