What am I doing wrong with this 3x2 array for stock trends?

I really have no idea what I'm doing wrong here. It says to create a 3x2 array. I did. It says make the values appear in the output. I did. But apparently it doesn't count?? there must be some specific way I'm supposed to do this, but I really have no clue here.

Sorry to get back to you four years later, I am barely learning MATLAB as well, but you where right as it does have a specific way to do the problem, and specifically it wants numbers set up a specific way, I will attach a picture that is helpful to visualize this concept.
