Coder or Compiler ?

Hello !

I have a Matlab & Simulink code.

It is only composed of Matlab scripts and a simulink file launched with the command sim(simulink_file)

There are many input/outputs from xml and csv files, and outputs as xml.

I'm looking for creating a DLL of this code.

If I use Matlab compiler, will the runtime be better than native Matlab or not ?

Can I use Matlab Coder to generate C/C++ Code and compile it myself for better performances or will it be not supported by the coder ?
