Hi there,
I bought the book Programming Phase Field Modelling and I found the codes in the Matlab website. I downloaded them but when I tried to unzip them, the installer asks me for a password. Where do I get the password from? The Springer book site does not have a link to the codes either.
cheers,
JC

May I know where did you download the codes from? any link you could provide here?

I confirm that the zip on that page unzips to four .zip and that those request a password to unzip.
I was able to find the password for at least one of the files online, but I get the impression that you are intended to log in to the Springer website to get the passwords.

well, I'm trying to get Springer to put a link to the codes, as promissed on the book, but no luck so far. I thought that the ones in the mathworks link I sent to you before would be publicly available... but no password provided there either. Where did you find the password for one of the folders?

I made some educated guesses about which dark corners to look in. It wasn't exactly difficult, but it is not clear that the information is legal to make available.

Have you contacted Springer directly to ask them for the password?
