Training feed forward networks using MatLab

How can I train a feed forward network to mimic a set of data with three columns; X position, Y position and a binary decision as to whether the position is successful (target correctly aquired).

I have no experience with MatLab or feed forward networks so any help would be appreciated (reading in the data, setting up the network etc).
