Hi Guys
I want to measure the average rotational speed RPM of a small turbine. Is there any way to develop a code using Matlab, and if so what Matlab tool should I use.
thank you

Well you would need some kind of instrument (tachometer, rotary encoder, etc.) to measure the RPMs. Matlab might be able to help you read these values (i.e., you may be able to read the output of such an instrument in real-time through Matlab), but fundamentally this is a hardware problem, not a software one.

I switched to LabVIEW instead of Simulink. I collect the date over intervals and find the average of that.
