image binarization or image segmentation

Im using algorithm in thelink using optimization algorithm to get threshold value for image segmentation the problem is in the first run Iget threshold values for ex:35 56 113 211 in the second run I get 42,57 98 211 for the same image why this change what the reason,my supervisior consider this aweakness in my work and Ishould fix it or get accepted reason.any body can help me ?
