How to solve this in Matlab using loop and symsum

Do you really want to do it with a loop and symsum? Why not just

N = 10;  % for example
i = 1:N;
sum(1./i + 1./((i+2).*(i+3)))

Ok thanks. I thought I will need to do it with symsum.
