Problem in fitting the curve. Plz help

I have this data of two variables. What I want is to fit this using the respective equations in order to find out lambda and G1

I am taking k=1 in the equation. (i.e. Without summation)

I am assuming that you want to do curve fitting in the differential equations. You can check similar question.
