Simulink DDE initialization failed

Hi,
Anyone has been working with Simulink DDE? I have one problem said that: Error in 'DDE Sink/S-Function' while executing MATLAB S-function 'sfundde', flag = 0 (initialize), at start of simulation.
Caused by: DDE initialization failed.
What is wrong here? How to fix it? Please help! Thanks a lot
