Arduino Engineering KIT R2, wrong MATLAB version provided. Please help.

I bought the Arduino Engineering KIT R2. It gives me access to MATLAB 2019A but I need 2020b for the projects. If I look up the license number it just says Sponsored_Education so I can't ask for support online. Please help.
