how to remove fog pixel noise without blurring the image

I want to remove white pixels formed due to fog . I tried spatial filtering and inpainting but result was not satisfactory. Can u suggest any method to remove this white pixels by preserving fine details of the image.

Thank you sir. can you suggest any methods to remove white coloured pixels without blurring or any method to increase brightness of the image by compressing white colour

Depends on how you want to do it. You can do a linear stretch with imadjust(). Or you can apply some kind of gamma function to it to amplify dark values and compress bright values.
